One2one training is a series of personal sessions catered to your needs, whether it’s weight loss, fitness, health or pregnancy related etc… Together we’ll establish your targets and create a programme to determine exactly when, where and what you will do. Sessions will include one or a mixture of the following: cardiovascular, weight/sculpture, flexibility and post rehab training.

One important commodity in life is time, so building a fitness regime into your life is hard enough, so it’s imperative that we make the MOST of the time you spend training!
